H1-b Transfer RFE delay

Hi all,

How long does it take to receive the RFE documents after the online status changes to RFE sent from case received.
It has been 2 weeks and I have not received the documents yet. It is mentioned if I do not receive it by today, then I should request for a copy.

Is there a way to expedite this process? My H1 transfer case was filled using premium processing. But now it is taking a while.

Hi Member,

Normally RFE notice must be reached to concern company or law office within 15 days. If the petitioner will not receive the notice within 15 days then they can raise a service request through USCIS portal to get the copy of the notice as soon as possible.
