H4 EAD Question

Hi All,

I lost my job due to COVID and hence applied for a change of status I539 (H1 to H4) along with H4 EAD I765 application. Today USCIS sent back my I765 form as I've used the older version.

1. Can I send the new I765 form to the USCIS now? will USCIS process my new I765 along with my I539?
2. Or Do I need to wait until my COS is approved?

1. Can I send the new I765 form to the USCIS now? will USCIS process my new I765 along with my I539?
Answer: Yes. You can file I-765 separately. It will be adjudicated even if you file separately.
2. Or Do I need to wait until my COS is approved?
Answer: Not required. File together or file in later stage with the help of H4 receipt notice or approval notice.
