Is H1b ban impact on first time traveler on H1b to enter in USA?

Hi,

I am having visa till 2022 and visa stamped on 2019 but did not travel due to pandemic. Due to recent ban in H1b visa holder to enter in USA, i am confused if i am allowed to travel usa with my visa.

Please confirm is it allowed for me to travel USA as of now, this will be my first travel after visa got stamped in late 2019.

How the visa duration h1b 3 year count? if i am not able to travel till 2020 end then 1 year will be consider or it will only allow 2 year starting 2021.

If you have valid visa stamp and employer or customer letter for job in USA, you can travel, don’t see any issue.
the visa validity will remain same as printed on your visa. You can capture unused days when you file for extension in future.
