Apply H4-EAD while H1 extension approved and H4 extension Pending

I am planning to apply H4-EAD renewal for my wife. My H1b extension is applied in premium and got approved, my wife H4 is pending( Biometric not done yet) . Existing H4 and H4-EAD Validity is currently valid for one more month.

Can i apply H4-EAD currently or should i wait for H4 Biometric to be completed? . i read we can apply H4-EAD while h1 or h4 extension is pending. Since my h1 is approved and h4 is pending i hope i can still apply. Please confirm

Answer: Yes. You can file H4 EAD petition separately while H4 petition is pending with USCIS. But please note, H4 EAD will be adjudicated once H4 petition is get adjudicated.
