H1 - 6 years expiring
Hi,
I am working with company A and my H1 with them expiring in first week of August 2010. My six years are expiring on Sept 30th 2010. I do have 2 months of vacation to recapture.
Company is trying to get Sept 30th plus 2 months on H1 and they have filed for extension using regular process which is pending.
While waiting on the INS result, what would be the safe date to be considered for me to leave US.
