Help regd H1B

Hi Guys,

I have applied L1Blanket on March got refused . then after I have filed L1 indivdual to USCIS ,received RFE last month , I have submitted FE response but on 7th July USCIS denied my petition .

When Can I apply H1B , immediate filling H1B will affect the chances of getting approval ??

Could you please advice on this >??

You can file H1B anytime. Every visa has it's own purpose. If you meet all the eligible criteria for H1B, then you don't need to worry about it.
