Hi

I am in US on L1b from company A. Also I have petetion for H1b from company A. Now Company B want to file H1b for me. Is this possible? Will H1b petetion from company A will be cancelled if Company B files H1b? Will company A be notified if company B files H1b?

Possible. Any number of employers can file for H1.
Unless revoked by employer, H1 would be valid.
All H1's are independent, companies not aware.
