  • Regular to Premium processing

    Hi All,

My company applied my H1 extension based on I-140 for 3 years in April 2010 under Regular processing. I got an RFE on June 24th, 2010. My company sent the requested documents to USCIS previous week Thrusday (July 8th) and USCIS received the documents on next day (July 9th).

Now, I told my company to change it to Premium Processing as I have some other priorities like sending documents to India for parents visa.

Comapny told me that they need to send another form along with $1000 and will send them in another 5 days.

Can someone tell me within how many days we can send the premium processing form with check to USCIS after we respond to the RFE to make it PP.

This information will be helpful so that I can follow-up with my company to get it PP ASAP.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Srinath
