Drop box appointment for both H1B and H4 from one profile

Hi,

My wife (H4) and I (H1B) are eligible for dropbox, since our visa expired this year. Currently, I paid the appointment fee with both of us (my wife as dependent) in single profile. While asking questions for eligibility of dropbox, questions were only for H1B and no questions were asked for H4, will this be an issue for visa stamping? Is there any change that we might get 221g because of this reason?

There will be no separate questions for H4. All questions will be for the primary H1B holder and you can add multiple dependents. I don't think there will be any issues.
I went through the same process in September 2020 to book dropbox appointment and me and my wife got our visas approved recently without any issues.
