H1B dropbox appointment in Feb/March 2021

I’ve been checking the CGI website almost daily but i see no new openings esp in Delhi consulate for dropbox appointments. I’ve a few questions:

1. Anyone else has had success booking an appointment in any consulate for Feb/March?
2. How far in advance do the dates show up?
3. Is there a specific time when new slots are updated on the CGI website?

I also have been checking since start of November and had no luck, not sure if there aren't any dates available or get filled before I log in.
I was also looking for Delhi but checked for other locations too and similar was the case

I was looking for dropbox appointment for dependent visa in Chennai from November but was told by my husband's company was none was available. A week later they were able to book for this week
