H1B visa Dropbox with Dismissed Criminal Charges

My H1B extension is approved and I am currently in India, however I was cited and charged for solicitation of prostitution in May 2019. The case was later dismissed after I completed the deferral program. I have the court certified copy of the Complaint and case dismissal.

If I submit the documents via dropbox, and mention the details in DS-160, what are the chances to get 221g? And if I get to submit any proof of case dismissal, how will that be done?(provided i get an appointment for dropbox)
