Regarding Concurrent H1

I'm on EB2 with a PD of Aug 2013
I have changed to a full time job so my old H1 has been revoked
with the movement of dates for EB3 I contacted my previous employer if he can downgrade my I-140
he is willing to do that only if I take up a project so he will file a concurrent H1 and then do the downgrade on I-140
I want to know if there will be any issues later on with having two full time jobs 40Hrs each

No. You will not have any issues and it will not impact your GC application too.
Please make sure to have H1B Approval for concurrent H1B filing.
