Change of Job position after H1 Approved
Hello, I recently graduated from Bachelors in Computer Information System. I am currently working as developer in one company and I have my H1 approved through vendor. So technically my vendor is my employer. Now, my client offered me full time in BA in same company. Can I accept BA position since I am graduate in CIS? Or would it complicate the process while filing for green card?
