H1-L1 than H1

Hi gurus,
I have a question regarding my H1 validity.
I was in USA from Dec 2005 to Jan 2007 on H1B than i went back and came again in August 2007 on L1, later in Sept 2008 ,I moved to h1B again and still on H1.

Now my question is to calculate my six years , Do UScis will add L1 period in six years of H1 or L1 perios is seperate.

Yes. L1 + H1B together is 6 years.

L1 + H1 is 6 years. The time spent outside US can be claimed back and can be added.
