  • Trying to be back on H1

    Hi everyone

I came to US on H4 got H1 approved under COS in 2008 changed back to H4 in april 2009 as i couldnt find a project. Now im planning to get back on H1. My questions are:
1.can i apply for COS after i get the project with a different employer?
2.How long do i need to wait before i start working?
3.Do they need to fill my LCA again?
what is the procedure and how long will it take to be done.
IF i get a project and wants to join in 15 days can i do that?

Thank you in advance and thank you for taking your time

      1. Yes. That employer has to file for H1.
      2. After approval of CoS.
      3. New employer will take care of it.
Go for premium processing for fast result of CoS.
