H4 Extension while AOS_I-485 is pending - I-539 Part 4 question 3 and 4

Hello All,

Can you please help me with the questions below?
My H1 is approved and I am filing H4 visa for my wife and kid. We all filed I-485 in Oct 2020 based on my I-140. In I-539 there are 2 questions in part 4, please help.
3. Are you, or any other individual included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? Should I say yes or no?
4. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other individual included in this application? Should I say yes or no?

3. Are you, or any other individual included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? Should I say yes or no?
Answer: It must be No.. Why because, it is asking Immigrant visa not petition.

4. Has an immigrant petition EVER been filed for you or for any other individual included in this application? Should I say yes or no?
Answer: It must be Yes.
