Same photos in two Visas?

Hi,
On 18th May 2010, My (L1B) and My daughter's (L2) visas got stamped from my campany.
Now my husband has applied for both of us (me and my daughter) for L2 visas from his company.

My queries are
1) Do i need to go for different photos, or same photos which we used for earlier visas will work for L2 also? My daughter is 1.5yrs old.
2) Will my L1B will get cancelled while L2 stamping?

1) Always use latest photos.
2) Most probably, no. But it depends on visa officer.
