Am I eligible for new H1B filing in 2021

Hi,

I'm right now in Canada , moved here in Oct 2020 and before that I was in US on L1 status and left with 2 months for my maxout of 7 years on L1A status. I'm looking if someone can help me to answer , if I'm eligible to file new H1B in March-April with US employer this year. I have approved I140.

Hi,
If you want to file H1B then you will need to consider H1B CAP. But, wait for one year in outside the country then try.
