H1B Stamping - multiple i797

Hi All,

Kindly help with the below query

I have two approved i797 , One during H1B Transfer and then another was filed as an location amendment to work at client. Both the petitions have same end date and i94 but different start date. I want to go for stamping can i use my first i797 for stamping which i received during H1B Transfer.

Hi,
For stamping purpose, you will need to consider which one is most recent. Please note, which project you are working at present, with that project and approved petition, you can go for visa stamping.
