H1 to H4 i539 question
Hi guys!
I have a question about my i-539 form. I applied for the change of status from H1 to H4. I planed to use all of my H1b period to work as much as I can. So on the form part 2, 3b 'effective date of change' I plan to put the day next to my last day of H1. But I forgot I also have about 10 days of the grace period reflect on my i-94 form. I thought the last day of my H1b on my i797 and i94 is the same. So my i94 says it's valid from 3/1/2018 until 3/10/2021. And I put 3/11/2021 on the effective date of change of the i1539 form. My question is, is that okay to fill the form with that date (one day after the last day on my i94), doesn't that mean I will be illegal on the last day of my H1 on 3/10/2021.
