Hi,
I am currently in India and I have a valid H1 petition filed from employer X. I never went for H1 stamping as economic situation was not good.
Now my current employer Y is filing for my L1. I have the following query
1) If I go for L1 stamping, will it cancel my earlier H1 petition?
2) After successful/unsuccessful L1 stamping, can I at a later date appear for H1 stamping?
3) Are there any negative impact/consequences in such a situation i.e. going for a L1 visa even when there is H1 petition already filed in my name?
Kindly some senior members reply at the earliest.
