Hi,
My fiance is originally from Brazil and has lived in the US for the last 5 years. Her current visa is a H1B. We are planning to get married in July and she would like to get her green card then.
Do we need to do anything before we get married in relation to the green card? We are getting married in the US in July and getting married in Brazil in October. Will there be any issue with Sandra getting back into
the country because her status has changed? Her current visa is good until January 2011.
