H4 Visa appointment

Hi,

Our younger son is in India and has been staying with my parents for past couple of months, due to covid and visa restrictions we couldnt travel and bring him back, my wife is on H4 can she apply H4 emergency visa appointment so as to travel and bring him home, if not any other options to get visa appointment

Hi,
Yes. She can apply under Emergency and when she goes for Interview, she can go along with other dependent documents too( If applicant is below 14 years).
By the way, could you please share how was her Interview?
