H1B Stamping - multiple i797?

Hi All,

Kindly help with the below query

I have two approved i797 , One during H1B Transfer and then another was filed as an location amendment to work at client. Both the petitions have same end date and i94 but different start date. I want to go for stamping can i use my first i797 for stamping which i received during H1B Transfer.

Hi,
Which petition was filed recently, you will need to consider that petition for stamping. Hope you filed first transfer petition then with same Employer you did file Amendment petition. If so, please consider Amendment petition.
