H4-Difference between passport visa date and I-94 date on I-539
Hello,
I would really appreciate if anybody can clarify me on the following:-
My H1(I-129) is valid till March '06.
My wife's H4(I-94 date on I-539 document) is valid till July '05.
Also her H4 visa(on passport) is valid till March '06.
She is currently in india and plans to come back to US in September '05.
Although her visa(on passport) is valid till March '06,would she have any problem travelling to US because her I-94 date on I-539 document would have expired by that time?
Iam assuming that she should be OK given the fact that her visa date is March '06 which overrides any earlier I-94 date given. If anybody can reconfirm my assumption that would be great.
