Was for a shoplifting offence and was issued by the Gardaí

---- Were charges filed against you
---- Did you plead guilty and pay a fine
---- You can get the offence expunged depending on the state where you committed the offence
---- Normally, such offences stay onyour record for a period of 5 years. Check with your state and the court where you attended the offence
