**** **Change in Job Title on H1b - Please Advice **** **

Hi!

I am on H1b working for a large MNC. My job title on H1 and job offer letter is very different from my new title at the same company. The company went through a title re-levelling and gave us fancy titles now.

My job responsibilities etc remain same but I want to know if I will need to get a new H1 or inform uscis about this. I will go for stamping this year end and the "job title" on my experience letter will not match with the title i have on H1 petition and offer letter.

The large MNC should have a large law firm representing them take care of this issue. They need to amend the labor if it has changed significantly.

I see. What documents will I need at my end - will I need a new offer letter with the new title?

I want to make sure I have my records clean for GC processing later.
