Need Help Regarding H4 Visa for my Wife

Hi There,
I have valid H1B visa untill september 22nd 2010. I have applied for extension. Its in process.

My wife has to go to H4 stamping in hyderabad around August 3rd week.

Is there a chance that she may get any questions during here visa interview
(becoz my current H1B vlaid is until sep 22 nd 2010).

Even though if she gets Visa that is untill sep 22nd 2010.

---- It looks like this is the first time your wife is going for a H4 visa (correct me if am wrong)

---- You would be wise to wait till you get you H1 petition approved, then your wife can get her H4 visa till the end of your new H1 as Sept is too close
