H1- Urgent Please!! Reschedule a Visa Appointment, need to fill a new DS160 again?

My question is:

I booked an interview date this 15th, i have canceled it for personal reasons.

If i have to book a new appointment date, do i have to fille the Whole DS-160 from again? or can i use the same bar code i used for scheduling my first appointment?
