H1b stamping inside the USA

My H1B approved without I-94. Is there any possiblity to stamp inside the USA without going to home country.

Visa can be stamped only at the U.S consulate. There will be no U.S consulate inside U.S. And more over visa is a document to enter U.S. There is no need for a visa when you are already inside U.S.

You have to go out of the country to get the visa stamped.
