I am working in US on H1B currently. My max out is in April 2021. So I have submitted H4 COS application along with H4 EAD with USCIS based on my spouse's I-140. Based on current processing times, it may take 7-8 months for approval.
I have invested in Stock market over the years while on H1B. I have my own SSN number.
My questions are -
1) Can I continue to hold the stocks and make a few trade transactions while awaiting my H4 COS and H4 EAD approval ?
2) Are we allowed to receive profits from existing or new stocks while on H4 visa?
