Paid visa fees in old BANA account by mistake through axis NEFT

Hi,

I have paid my fees in old BANA account by mistake which I have added three years ago.
I am emailing to [email protected] but they are not fixing the issue, dont find any contact number too!

I dont know I should pay fees again? Will I get my money back?
Need help urgently. Appreciate your response.

I just got fixed this issue from CIG Federal team. Its recommended that you need to always transfer money in correct account. But in case of mistake like here they will help after you take follow up in email communication. You can post here if you have any question here.
