H1/H4 filed together, but only one approved

Hello,

My employer had filed for the renewal of my H1-B visa and along with that packet, my wife's H-4 visa renewal was also included.

However, a week ago, we received the approval notice for only my H1-B visa and no word yet on her H-4 renewal petition.

Is there anything we can do in this regard? Can two applications filed together get separated like this? Please advise any thoughts.

I heard that there is no premium processing available for H-4.
