Hello All,

Any help on this is much appreciated.

I am trying to look for appointments for H4 interview. We have been in the US now for 7 years and for the first time my dependents are travelling to India and visa interview is required. It looks like there are absolutely no appointments at all for any visa interview. I am looking for Chennai and it is showing from Nov 2021.

- Does this mean May - Oct are all filled up or just not open for service?I know there are lot of baclogs etc..
- Also, if other places are open, can I book ofc/visa appointment there and PP drop back to my native?

Any responses here will certainly make things easier to plan.

Hi,
If you dont find any dates in particular months, then it might be occupied with appointment schedule.. But you can continuously monitor the dates.. sometimes, you can find very close dates..
Yes.. you can schedule OFC/Visa appointment where ever you need. But, Please make sure, you filled DS160 accordingly.
