Should I schedule appointment for stamping now or wait for Consulate to get in touch?

Hi All,

Below is my H1b petition background :

Interview at Consulate : 15 Oct 2019, received 221g
Receiced NOIR : 1st Feb 2021.
We responded to NOIR
Reaffirmed approval receipt : 15 Mar 2021.

I have not received new i797. I only have reaffirmed approval in hand.

Should I schedule appointment or check with Consulate in India first?

Unable to reach consulate on any customer care numbers

P. S. I'm in India. I have not travelled to US on h1b.
