drop box appointment is scheduled how to update new DS160 barcode?

Hi there!

I have scheduled a dropbox appointment. However, i did not complete the DS 160. I was in a rush to book the appointment so i had to use the DS 160 numbers beforehand. Now i do not have access to my old DS 160 forms and could not complete them. If i start a new ds 160 forms, should i forefeit the fee i paid? can i keep the original appointment and ask customer service to link my new DS 160 forms to the appointment or should i cancel the appointment and completely book a new one paying the fee? what are my options? I need to do the same for my wife and child

Hi,
Hope you have options to resume your previous DS 160 form if that is not expired.. Its better to keep your previous one... If you create new form then you will have new number which can not be merged with scheduled appointment details.. Anyhow, Just call to customer care and share your concern.. They may help, if possible.
