Pending H4 Visa

Hi All,

I recently got H1B extension approval after converting my case from regular to Premium processing at Vermont Center. I applied my wife H4 Visa extension along with my H1 extension. My company received my H1 extension I-797 for 3 years but still my wife case status shows "Initial Review". My H1 got approved 1 week before. Generally how many days it takes to get H4 approval after spouse H1 approval.

I thought both will get approve at once. Do I need to do anything like calling USCIS or wait for few more weeks?

There is no premium for H4. Sometime USCIS approve both H1B and H4 extensions together while filed as premium. But it is not mandatory for them to do so. H4 extension will take anywhere between 1-3 months.
