DS160 "Temporary Work Visa Information"

Hello Everyone,

I need help to complete DS160 - "Temporary Work Visa Information". Seems its bit confusing.
If my employer is X and my client is Y and both have different addresses

Where Do You Intend to Work?

Question 1: Name of Person/Company who Filed Petition (i will add my employer name X here)

Question2 : Name of Employer (what should i add employer name X or client name Y)

Question3: US Street Address (what should i add here employer office address or Client Work location where i am gonna work)

For Question 2 if i add my employer name and For Question 3 if i add my client work location then i guess it will create confusion.


It would be great if anyone could please guide me. Thanks a lot.

Please see my response below.
Q1: You will need to provide your Employer name as they are your petitioner.
Q2: Under where you intend to work, Name of Employer: You will need to provide your Employer name only.
Q3: Please provide your Employer head quarters office Address.
Additionally, Please provide Employer point of contact phone number and your Monthly salary details.
