I ended up in a very bad situation. I was set leave my first employer (A) [working on F1-H1] on Jan 31th and start new job at employer (B)[H1b].
But in the last moment my employer extended my bonus data( which is practically 40% of my salary). Employer B was not willing to start my start date. So I took PTO from employer A and did my oreintation at employer B for 3 weeks.
I had consulted a lawyer before doing this and he said that I am violating the law here but there are forgivable as along as its under 180days.
Now I have to go back to my home country to get my visa stamped but after researching I realize that my visa will most obviously be denied. I have spend lot of time finding the answer, can someone help, and suggest what are my options?
