i797 not issued from USCIS

Hi,
If you have not received H1B Approval notice, you can raise a service request to issue a duplicate copy.. But I am not really sure, it will provide response as soon as possible as they have a standard duration to take action on the service request.

my petitioner has not yet received the official i797 from uscis even though the petition was approved about 3 weeks ago. I have visa IW appointment in mid april and im not sure what i can do. I definitely need a copy of the i797. Can anyone suggest what i can do ? I don't want to postpone my appointment because I am not seeing any available dates until june now which will delay my trip back to US. Thanks in advance.
