I had submitted my passport for H1B renewal stamping on 4th March 2021 using the dropbox service in Delhi. My application got refused due to PP10052, and I was asked to wait until it gets expired or bring the letter stating my employer is a member of US Chamber of Commerce. Since this ban is expired now, can I reapply for the H1B stamping using the dropbox service? Generally, previously refused applicants are not eligible for the dropbox service. I am not sure if it applies in the current situation as a lot of people have been affected in this case.
