Need Help : Universities without GRE / TOEFL

Hi,

My H1B visa is coming to an end in September and my vendor hasn't filed for an extension yet. But I would want to be prepared for the worst case by taking an I20 and filing for a change of status if things don't go my way.

However what I want to know is that if any one of you know any colleges that accept students with out any GRE / TOEFL and also provide CPT.

Your help in this regard is very much appreciated.
