  • US Visa appointment availability?

    Hi,

Can anyone throw light on availability of visa interview appointment at any location? I have been trying for few days but see availability only for OFC and not Visa appointment availability. Any tips or times when appointments are typically released

    Hi,
Yes.. Its happening.. But, If you continuously monitor you may have a possible to see the dates.. Just for your info, Mumbai: Appointments are cancelled.. Delhi: Until end of this month Appointments are cancelled.. Only considering Emergency Appointments, It seems.
    Thanks

Back in February, I got an appointment for Spain in mid-May. My appointment got cancelled last week (due to COVID restrictions). I applied for the expedited appointment and it got approved (same day I originally had form May). However, the email says the following:

We have approved your request for an expedited visa appointment, however, this does not mean you will qualify for a visa or an exception to Presidential Proclamation 10143. Anyone present in the Schengen area for 14 days before entry to the United States is subject to Presidential Proclamation 10143 and must meet an exemption or exception to travel. Please bring your passport and a letter from your employer demonstrating that your travel to the United States will provide vital support to a critical infrastructure field and that you are a technical expert or specialist who will engage in activity that pertains to the installation, acquisition, maintenance, and essential safety training necessary to sustain the supply and production chains in the referenced sectors, or a specialist or other individual who will perform functions that are essential to continuity within a given sector.

Hi Crisiozano, can you please share how you got the expedited appointment?
