Hi all, from my account I was unable to schedule my appointment. 2years ago I have scheduled appointment for my SIL through my account, I can see all her details entered, if I want to edit it is asking to upload my passport, even after uploading I got an email saying ‘your profile duplication request needs to be raised from a different/new email address.
If I try to create a new email id it is showing already your details exist in my old email id.
kindly please help!!
