H1b & H4 visa stamping in Canada

Hi Everyone,
Is there a possibility to get the H1b and H4 visa stamping done in Canada, given the current pandemic situation in India? I have an approved H1b but my wife's H4 I539 application was denied. The attorneys have advised to go to India and get the visa stamping done there. But looking at the current Covid19 scenario in India, I think it must be difficult to get appointment dates in India.
So is there a possibility that we can get the stamping done in Canada?
Are people getting appointment dates in India right now?
Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Answer: Yes. You can schedule Appointment and attend an interview in Canada, if you find Interview appointment dates. I don't see any problem obtaining visa from Canada.
Are people getting appointment dates in India right now?
Answer: As of today, Its showing as no dates are available.. Moreover Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai consulate offices are already closed..
