H1B Drop Box Appointment(in case of extension) in Different Country

My wife is on H1b and her visa extension was approved. Due to some exigency she has travelled to India where she needs to go for drop box appointment for stamping purpose. She is currently not getting the dates for the appointment. Can she go to another country and get her Visa stamped. Also her previous visa was stamped in India, will there be any issue in doing so.

Hi,
In order to eligible for Interview waiver(Drop box option) you should have got your previous visa in same country. If you intend to get same visa in different country, yes you can do.. But, I dont really think, you will be eligible for Interview waiver( Drop box facility)
