h4 to h1b conversion

my h4 is going to expire in oct 2021 and recently my perm approved and we applied for i-140 waiting for approval..i had about 6 months of left of my h1b quota..

Can i apply both h4 ead and h4 along with my husband extension now and also apply my h1b conversion once my i-140 approved.

mostly h4 ead and h4 we can apply in 1st week of june and h1b conversion end of june mostly..can i apply two application (h4 and h1 in few weeks apart)

i moved to h4 ead back in 2018 with 6 months of h1b quota left

Answer: Yes... You can file H4 and H4 EAD together when you apply H4 Ext along with H1B Ext... If you get I-140 Approved before your H4 Ext filing, better directly apply COS from H4 to H1B.
If you apply change of status from H4 to H1B, First COS will be adjudicated when comparing to H4 Ext process... If that is the case, Its really waste of filing H4 Ext along with H4 EAD.
Therefore, better wait for I-140 Approval in order to do COS filing..
