Hi.
I was issued a b1/b2 visa from jamaica and now I am staying in INDIA.
Now I am on a trip to USA and I was issued a H1 visa from a company.
1]can I get it stamped in canada or mexico or
2]Can I go to jamaica for getting my H1 stamped in passport[NOTE. at present I don't live there anymore.]
3]If I get it converted to H1 in USA without getting it stamped in passport,can I immediately sponsor my wife on dependent visa eventhough my H1 is not stamped in my passport.
4]will she be given H4 visa at the consulate in my home country
