First time h4 and h4 EAD application for spouse in INDIA

First time h4 and h4 ead application for spouse in INDIA . I understand both can be filled together

What would be the wait time ?

My Findings

This site provides applicants the ability to see an estimate of the time to completion from submission of USCIS forms based on its adjudication location and subtype.

I looked up I765 gives 12 months and I 539 gives 12 months

Do i take average ? Is it really 12 months atleast ?

Hi,
If your spouse is in India, then you dont want to file H4 petition rather you can obtain H4 visa at US consulate.. Once your spouse gets H4 visa then she has to travel to USA in order to file H4 EAD petition. H4 EAD petition can be filed only applicant physically be in USA..
I-765 will take couple of months to adjudicate.
