Change of work location.....what are the immediate action points?

Till now I was in East and recently moved to CA on a new project.

So, what would be my immediate mandatory action items and timelines for the same?

1) LCA
2) H1B amendment
3) I-140
4) reporting my change of address to homeland security

Please validate the above items and add if any required.
